Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and leadership abilities with experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in real estate finance and corporate leasing is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Oracle, is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and implement credit control measures.
• Develop and maintain management information systems.
• Manage and optimize Oracle ERP usage.
• Supervise and mentor finance teams.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in accounting.
• Provide financial insights for leasing and sales teams.
