Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years digital marketing experience in real estate, property development, or B2C sectors.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated campaigns across social media, email, search, display, and content platforms.
• Assist in content calendars (social posts, blog articles, video scripts, newsletters) aligned with launches and sales cycles.
• Assist in managing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, optimizing for lead generation and ROI.
• Track performance in analytics tools and help prepare monthly KPI reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, communications, and creative teams to maintain messaging and timely deliverables.
