• Experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall ROI.
• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and external partners.
