4Front Realty in Dubai seeks motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team. The role offers 50%–70% uncapped commission with strong earning potential and access to premium leads, led by a 15-agent telesales team. We provide full CRM, marketing, visa, medical, and RERA support to help you succeed.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, strong communication, and a genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career in the Dubai market. UAE residency is required.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Dubai real estate consultants with an existing landlord network and active property stock.
• Candidates with proven sales experience who are interested in building a career in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Highly motivated, determined, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to build relationships, generate business, and close transactions.
• Strong interest in the Dubai property market.
• RERA certified or willing to obtain certification.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
