Job summary

Thembi Real Estate in Dubai seeks an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. You will develop client relationships, generate leads, and assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

We expect 2–10 years of UAE/Dubai market experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid UAE driving license is a plus. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in real estate, preferably in the UAE/Dubai market.
• Proven ability in property sales and rentals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

2–10 years of experience in real estate, preferably in the UAE/Dubai market.Proven experience in property sales and rentals.Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local property trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and customer-service abilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Professional appearance and attitude.Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.Good command of English
