Job summary

T&T Resraurant LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant with hands-on Oracle NetSuite expertise and real estate accounting background. You will manage the full AP cycle, ensure timely invoice processing, and support month-end close for real estate entities and properties.

Responsibilities include vendor master data maintenance, reconciliations, tax reporting support, and timely payments aligned with contracts and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience, UAE real estate or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle for real estate entities and properties.
• Receive, review, verify, and process supplier invoices with proper approvals and documentation.
• Record and process invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payments in Oracle NetSuite.
• Ensure accurate coding and allocation of invoices to entity, property, project, department, cost center, and account.
• Process property-related invoices including maintenance, utilities, service charges, and operating expenses.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and approved documents.
• Maintain supplier/vendor master data and proper vendor account setup in NetSuite.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment requests and schedules based on supplier terms and approvals.
• Monitor AP ageing and timely settlement of outstanding balances.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with General Ledger and investigate differences.
• Record accruals, prepayments, and outstanding property/project expenses.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and liabilities."
• Prepare AP ageing and other management reports as required.
• Coordinate with property management, procurement, finance, suppliers to resolve invoice issues.
• Maintain complete supporting docs for audit and tax purposes.
• Assist with VAT, corporate tax, audit, and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Utilize NetSuite dashboards to monitor AP transactions and payments.
• Perform other AP duties as assigned.
