Riva Maison in Dubai is seeking ambitious real estate professionals to close mid-to-large off-plan transactions with an active investor network.

This remote-first opportunity offers up to 70% commission, company-provided leads, fast payouts, and ongoing support from a sales manager; Friday meetings are the only in-person requirement.

Qualifications

• Dubai off-plan experience (minimum 2–3 years).
• Proven track record of closing transactions.
• Strong developer, project and investment knowledge.
• Existing investor database and client relationships.
• Confident handling both warm leads and cold investor outreach.
• Must actively call and follow up with investor data assigned by Riva Maison.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
• Own UAE visa and transport required.
• Comfortable working remotely on a commission-only basis.
