ERE Homes in Dubai is seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents/Property Consultants for a commission-only sales role. Build your own client relationships while benefiting from in-house marketing and telesales, with access to warm leads and a supportive team.

Dubai-based or willing to relocate, experience preferred but not essential. You will generate and develop property business, conduct viewings, negotiate and close transactions, and work toward personal billing targets within a boutique

ERE Homes is a boutique real estate brokerage established in Dubai since 2010.

We work across both the secondary and off-plan markets and are currently going through an exciting period of growth, with a new 5,000 sq. ft. office and a rapidly expanding sales team.

We're looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants who want to build a strong career in Dubai and, more importantly, are prepared to put the work in to make it happen.

The Role

This is a commission-only sales position suited to experienced Dubai property consultants, as well as strong salespeople looking to move into real estate.

You’ll be responsible for building your own client relationships and pipeline, while also benefiting from opportunities generated through our in-house marketing and telesales teams.

This is not a completely cold desk. You’ll have access to warm and qualified leads, alongside the tools and support needed to develop your own business.
