Job summary

Indus Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Commission-Based Real Estate Broker to join the Sales, Leasing, and Off-Plan divisions. You will market properties, conduct viewings, and close deals on a commission-only basis, with on-site work and access to company leads.

You should have at least 6 months Dubai real estate experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be prepared to obtain RERA certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Indus Real Estate is hiring a dedicated and skilled Commission-Based Real Estate Broker to join our Sales, Leasing, and Off-Plan divisions.

Salary Range: Commission Only Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Market residential, commercial, and off-plan properties through approved property portals, social media, networking, and other company-authorised channels.
• Conduct property viewings and support client negotiations.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and administrative teams.
• Prepare, update, and manage property listings accurately.
• Attend relevant property launches, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Work towards agreed sales and leasing performance targets.
• Provide professional guidance aligned with company standards and market regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant real estate experience in Dubai is preferred.
• Experience in property sales, leasing, or brokerage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• A proven sales track record in real estate is a plus.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain RERA certification is preferred
