Job summary

Indus Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Commission-Based Real Estate Broker to join the Sales, Leasing, and Off-Plan divisions. You will market properties, conduct viewings, and close deals on a commission-only basis, with on-site work and access to company leads.

You should have at least 6 months Dubai real estate experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be prepared to obtain RERA certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai preferred.
• Experience in sales, leasing, or brokerage.
• Willingness to obtain RERA certification.

Responsibilities

• Market properties through portals, social media, and networks.
• Conduct property viewings and support negotiations.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and admin teams.
• Prepare and update property listings.
• Attend launches and industry events.
• Aim to meet sales and leasing targets.
• Provide guidance aligned with standards and regulations.
