Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Home Pin Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, guiding them through viewings, negotiations, and closing procedures. Daily tasks include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property tours, preparing and reviewing contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market. The role also involves providing informed advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and regulations, while ensuring excellent customer service throughout each transaction. Collaboration with colleagues, developers, and other stakeholders is expected to support successful deals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate industry knowledge and familiarity with local Dubai market trends.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and deal closing abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related sales role in Dubai is an advantage.
• The candidate must have a valid UAE residence visa that can be transferred or sponsored by another employer
