Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic for the Ready-Mix concrete industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Mechanic in a Ready-Mix Concrete company in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of batching plant equipment and concrete production systems
• Experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel engine, and mechanical repair works
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments
• Basic English communication skills
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plants and related machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns efficiently
• Maintain mixers, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Inspect plant equipment regularly to identify wear and potential failures
• Coordinate with plant operations to minimize downtime during maintenance
• Replace damaged mechanical components and ensure proper installation
• Maintain maintenance records and daily service reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company HSE policies
• Assist during emergency plant shutdowns and urgent repairs
