Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Electrician for UAE operations in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Plant Electrician in the UAE.
• Experience with batching plant electrical systems and concrete production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with UAE electrical safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plant electrical systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLC systems, sensors, and production equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical wiring, MCC panels, switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems.
• Inspect electrical equipment regularly to identify potential failures and safety hazards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical breakdowns efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Install, test, and commission electrical components and equipment as required.
• Coordinate with plant operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Assist during emergency shutdowns, breakdowns, and urgent repair activities.
• Support automation and control system maintenance, including PLC troubleshooting where applicable.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Electrician with a strong background in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry in the UAE. The Plant Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment associated with batching plants, concrete production facilities, control panels, motors, sensors, and automation systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and maximum equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in Ready-Mix plants and possess strong electrical troubleshooting skills in industrial production environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Plant Electrician in a Ready-Mix Concrete company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of batching plant electrical systems and concrete production equipment.
• Experience with industrial motors, control circuits, PLC systems, sensors, VFDs, MCC panels, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in industrial environments.
• Physically fit and capable of working in plant and production environments.
• Basic English communication skills.
• ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
