Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic to maintain batching plants and related equipment in a fast-paced Ready-Mix operation. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous production.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with batching equipment, hydraulic and diesel systems, and reading maintenance drawings. Basic English is required; UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Mechanic in a Ready-Mix Concrete company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of batching plant equipment and concrete production systems.
• Experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel engine, and mechanical repair works.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Basic English communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plants and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
• Maintain mixers, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect plant equipment regularly to identify wear and potential failures.
• Coordinate with plant operations to minimize downtime during maintenance.
• Replace damaged mechanical components and ensure proper installation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company HSE policies.
