Job summary

Mace seeks a design delivery professional to lead interface management across UAE rail and major infrastructure programmes. You will coordinate design outputs, assure alignment with client objectives and deliver to statutory, quality and safety requirements.

The role spans design, construction, procurement and programme teams, emphasising governance, performance data and net zero delivery. UAE/GCC experience is advantageous and hybrid onsite options may apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
• Demonstrated experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of relevant delivery processes, standards, systems and governance for the role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, allocate, coordinate and close interfaces across project scopes.
• Lead planning and assurance of design delivery aligned with objectives.
• Establish design management frameworks, governance and delivery controls.
• Foster collaboration among design, construction, procurement and programme teams.
• Ensure outputs meet statutory, contractual, quality and stakeholder requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to design management teams.
• Use performance data and KPIs to inform decisions and improvements.
• Support business growth and work-winning with technical expertise and client value propositions.
• Contribute to net zero carbon delivery and manage carbon emissions reductions.
