Job summary

Keolis.MHI in Dubai seeks an Infrastructure and Track Engineering Manager to optimize management of Dubai Metro assets, collaborating with stakeholders. Responsible for asset delivery, maintenance reliability, and obsolescence planning.

You will lead maintenance teams, plan repairs, prepare budgets, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring safety, quality, and performance. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to incidents and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant Infrastructure and Track maintenance experience.
• Supervisory/management experience with depot oversight.
• Experience with asset management systems and cost modelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resources to deliver maintenance and technical services to achieve KPIs.
• Organise the team to provide first-line rapid response to incidents.
• Ensure tools, spare parts and materials are procured for maintenance activities.
• Lead staff development and training within the team.
• Collaborate with Operations, MILS, CAME, and other stakeholders.
• Update documents and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, HSE, and customer requirements.
• Oversee financial performance through budgeting and cost efficiencies.
• Carry out 24-hour on-call responsibility for incidents.
