Pulse Nova is seeking a Head of Radar Engineering in Abu Dhabi to lead the development of advanced radar capabilities, overseeing architecture, design, simulation and lifecycle support. The role requires strategic leadership of multidisciplinary teams, shaping the radar technology roadmap for defense and aerospace programs.
Lead technical risk management, drive innovation, and coordinate with executives, customers, and suppliers to ensure program success and adherence to MIL-STD standards.
Formación
- 12+ years in radar engineering with leadership experience.
- Proven success in radar system design, simulation, and delivery.
- Hands-on with radar test equipment.
- Proficient in modeling tools (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, ADS, CST).
- Experience interfacing with customers and authorities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead radar engineering across design, simulation, integration, and lifecycle support.
- Define radar system architecture ensuring coherence across RF, antenna, digital, and software.
- Develop technical strategy and radar roadmap aligned with defense programs.
- Provide leadership in recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
- Manage resources, budgets, and execution to meet delivery and quality goals.
- Coordinate with management, customers, suppliers, and authorities.
