Job summary

EDGE, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Systems Integration Engineering Team Lead to drive end-to-end integration of radar, EW, C2, and multi-sensor systems across naval, ground, and airborne platforms. You will oversee architecture, interfaces, and verification, coordinating RF, network/software, C2, and electromechanical teams.

The role requires 10+ years in systems engineering, strong RF/electromagnetic experience, and proven leadership across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in systems engineering / systems integration of radar, EW, C2, or sensor systems.
• Strong understanding of radar and EW subsystem architecture and RF coexistence.
• Experience integrating multi-sensor systems onto naval, ground-vehicle, or airborne platforms.
• Experience with C2/C4ISR system integration; familiarity with defense C2 systems is a plus.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture combining radar, EW, C2, and additional sensors across platforms.
• Define and maintain system-level requirements, ICDs, and technical baselines.
• Analyze and resolve coexistence issues between radar and EW subsystems.
• Define interfaces between radar, EW, C2, and onboard sensors (EO/IR, navigation, IFF, AIS).
• Lead multidisciplinary integration activities across RF, network/software, C2, and electromechanical disciplines.
• Own the integration plan and schedule, coordinating engineers and technicians.
• Define verification/validation plans and lead FAT, SAT, and field trials.
• Lead system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Represent engineering in reviews, customer meetings, and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation.
