Job summary

Edge Group, via Pulse Nova, seeks an experienced Systems Integration Engineering Team Lead to drive end-to-end integration of radar, EW, C2, and multi-sensor systems across naval, ground, and airborne platforms in the UAE. You will own the integration plan, manage interfaces and verification activities, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless operation.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive systems engineering experience, and deep knowledge of RF coexistence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant engineering field.
• 10+ years in radar, EW, C2, or sensor systems integration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Familiarity with RF coexistence and system verification activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end integration architecture for radar, EW, C2 and sensors across platforms.
• Define and maintain system requirements, architecture, ICDs and baselines for variants.
• Analyze and resolve RF coexistence and EMI/EMC issues between subsystems.
• Define interfaces between radar, EW, C2 and other onboard sensors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary integration activities across RF, network/software, C2 and electromechanical disciplines.
• Own the integration plan and schedule with engineers and installation technicians.
• Define verification/validation plans and lead FAT/SAT campaigns and field trials.
• Lead system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Represent engineering in reviews, customer meetings, demonstrations, and deployments.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including requirements, architecture and test plans.
