Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Senior Engineer - Microwave Design for Halcon in Abu Dhabi to lead the design, development, integration and validation of advanced microwave and RF subsystems for radar and military applications. You will oversee high-frequency circuit design, electromagnetic simulation, RF performance analysis, subsystem integration, and qualification testing.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and ensure compliance with technical standards throughout the product

Qualifications

Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 12 years of experience in RF, microwave, radar, or high-frequency system engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of microwave circuits, RF front-ends, and high-frequency subsystems for radar and defence applications.
Perform electromagnetic modelling, RF simulation, performance analysis, and design optimization to meet system requirements.
Plan and execute RF testing, subsystem integration, troubleshooting, verification, and qualification activities.
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers to ensure engineering excellence and project success.
