Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of quantity surveying for sewerage systems in the UAE. The role requires extensive experience in cost planning, takeoffs, bills of quantities in CESMM format, estimating, claims, and post‑contract activities.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying, MRICS is a plus, and a valid UAE driving license. Proficiency with sewerage, drainage and irrigation contracts is essential.

About the job Quantity Surveyor (Sewerage System)

• He must have experience in all facets of quantity surveying, including cost planning, quantity takeoff, preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format, estimating, claim, evaluation, negotiation, general post-contract rates, taking over certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to sewerage and drainage and irrigation works.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
