RAQ Contracting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Pre-Contract to join our Estimation Department. The candidate will review tender documents, prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs, and assemble subcontractor enquiry packages for UAE-based tender projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, specifications, measurement, and tendering procedures, with relevant UAE experience. You will coordinate with estimators, technical and procurement teams to ensure timely tender
