Job summary

The First Team, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support budget development, tender evaluation and cost control on high-profile projects. You will prepare budgets, review monthly assessments, and coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong fit-out and architectural knowledge, excellent negotiation and teamwork skills, and the ability to deliver accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for FFE and subcontract

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying for fit-out/architectural projects.
• Ability to prepare budgets and cost plans.
• Experience reviewing tender documents and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare task building budgets and cost estimates.
• Review monthly valuations and variation items.
• Coordinate with PQS and subcontractors on site.
• Attend project meetings and resolve cost-related issues.
• Produce tender comparison reports.
