Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for villa and building projects in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing cost control, contract administration, and commercial risk in support of high-end residential developments.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering along with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in villa or building construction projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and bespoke construction contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services for villa and building projects.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities for remeasurement and lump-sum contracts.
• Develop project budgets, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
