Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, take-offs, and budget tracking on UAE construction projects. You will assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates and variation orders, and coordinate with procurement and site teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required, with 1–3 years of UAE experience. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, good analytical skills, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer; UAE construction experience mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and cost control.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs and cost estimates.

Job Requirements

• 1 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer.UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience in construction projects is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and cost control.
• Basic understanding of variations, claims, payments, and subcontractor valuations.
• Basic knowledge of FIDIC contracts is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
