Role Description This full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role is based in Ras Al Khaimah and focuses on cost and contract management for road and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tracking project costs, and supporting cost planning from tender stage through completion. The Quantity Surveyor will monitor budgets, prepare interim valuations and final accounts, and generate detailed cost reports for management and clients. The role also involves evaluating variations, supporting claims, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company standards. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient project delivery by maintaining accurate cost records and supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
