Qualifications

• Strong BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and tender documentation experience.
• Cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with Excel; familiar with standard contracts and local regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork; proactive problem-solving; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs and track project costs.
• Support cost planning from tender to completion; monitor budgets.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts; generate cost reports.
• Evaluate variations and support claims; coordinate with PMs and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company standards.
• Maintain accurate cost records to support decision-making.
