Join a team responsible for preparing take-offs, reviewing drawings and contracts, and ensuring cost control from tender to final accounts, coordinating with designers and execution teams on material planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of QS experience in landscape construction projects.
• Proficiency with softscape, hardscape and irrigation system works.
• MS Excel, AutoCAD and quantity take-off software (Planswift, CostX).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and variations.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the budget.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure accurate material and quantity planning.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for invoicing.
• Provide support during tendering and procurement stages.
