Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a quant-focused analyst to develop, validate, and deploy data-driven models that decode client behaviour, trading activity, and market conditions.

You will translate business questions into rigorous analytical approaches, build scalable data pipelines with Python, PySpark, and SQL, and implement production-grade models within our Dealing team. A strong finance and ML background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, data science, machine learning or related analytical role.
• Strong Python experience for data analysis, modelling, automation, and production workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets; PySpark or distributed processing preferred.
• Experience building and evaluating predictive models (supervised/unsupervised) and time-series modelling.
• Experience with financial markets, FX/CFD data, or high-frequency datasets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and maintain quantitative models and ML methods using financial, trading, client, and market data.
• Translate business questions into hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and practical analytical solutions.
• Create robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark across multiple systems.
• Develop scalable data and model workflows on AWS (Glue, SageMaker, Athena).
• Document, validate, and monitor model performance and explainability for stakeholders.
