Job summary

Thehseleader in Abu Dhabi invites a Quality Improvement professional to implement and coordinate readiness of quality management and performance programs under the Manager’s guidance. You will support patient safety and outcomes by ensuring data integrity and standards compliance across the facility.

You will collaborate with all departments to implement quality and safety priorities, develop tools, monitor performance, and maintain confidential documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality, performance management or clinical practice required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the facility's overall quality improvement program with other sections.
• Collaborates with all departments to ensure quality and safety priorities are implemented.
• Facilitates improvements based on hospital-wide performance measures or senior management requests.
• Contributes to development of tools and resources to support the quality program.
• Maintains quality management documents and confidentiality.
• Coordinates facility-wide policies and procedures to guide services under the Manager.
