Job summary

Royal Health Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Quality Assurance professional with a clinical background to lead audits, data validation and continuous quality improvement initiatives in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain. You will ensure DOH standards compliance, support accreditation processes, and uphold patient safety and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical background required.
• 3–5 years clinical experience with Healthcare Audits and Data Validation.
• Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning.
• Knowledge of accreditation processes.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient English language, both oral and written.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality is a plus.

Job description

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring


• In-depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards – Abu Dhabi


• Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)


• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives


• Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems


• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with clinical Background.


• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in Healthcare Audits and Data Validation
