Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA QC Manager to lead and oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes within our manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will ensure that all manufactured products including pressure vessels heat exchangers piping systems and other fabricated structures meet the required quality standards compliance regulations and client specifications You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust quality management system QMS while ensuring the company s products are delivered with the highest quality reliability and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA QC team to ensure compliance with established quality control standards across all fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Maintain quality management systems QMS and quality assurance procedures in line with industry standards ASME API ISO 9001 etc
• Monitor and assess the quality of raw materials components and finished products to ensure conformance with engineering drawings specifications and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and manage all in-process inspections and final inspections of pressure vessels heat exchangers piping modular buildings and other fabricated structures
• Conduct internal audits supplier evaluations and audits of subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry codes
• Ensure non-conformance issues are promptly identified documented investigated and rectified in a timely manner
• Prepare and review quality documentation such as inspection reports test certificates inspection test plans ITPs and material certificates
• Lead and support third-party inspections and certifications
• Provide guidance and training to manufacturing teams regarding quality procedures inspections and industry standards
• Liaise with project managers engineering teams and clients to resolve quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
