Job summary

ADIB Group in Dubai is seeking a Quality Control Officer (Outsource) to provide advisory expertise to the Home Finance Sales Unit, respond to queries, and ensure service standards. The role focuses on risk awareness and adherence to banking regulations.

You will support RCSA processes, mitigation planning, KPI/KRI reporting, and audit deliverables, while maintaining SOPs and process documents for HF Sales. A strong grasp of home finance operations and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of the home finance process.
• Awareness of AML/KYC/Sanctions guidelines.
• Sound knowledge of Operational Risk Management.
• Understanding of ADIB service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory matter expertise to Home Finance Sales Unit by being a reference and responding to queries.
• Deliver excellent service in accordance with agreed standards.
• Facilitate and perform the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and draft mitigation plans.
• Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for the product line.
• Maintain audit deliverables and address questions during audits.
• Write or revise SOPs and process documents for HF Sales Unit.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, reviews, and presentations on various parameters.
