Job summary

Sharjah Education Academy is seeking a Compliance and Quality Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of regulatory operational quality and compliance standards across nurseries.

You will conduct internal compliance reviews, develop tools and templates, identify gaps, prepare recommendations, and coordinate corrective actions with nursery teams and stakeholders to ensure timely closure and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the education sector.
• Experience related to quality standards, compliance, audits, coordination and performance monitoring would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of approved regulatory operational quality and compliance standards across nurseries.
• Coordinate and conduct scheduled internal compliance reviews and audits to assess adherence to established policies procedures standards and operational requirements.
• Assist in developing maintaining and updating compliance tools checklists templates assessment criteria and monitoring mechanisms.
• Identify areas of non-compliance operational gaps and opportunities for improvement and support the preparation of appropriate recommendations and corrective actions.
• Follow up with relevant departments nursery teams and stakeholders on agreed corrective and preventive actions to support timely closure of identified compliance gaps.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance reviews audit findings observations corrective actions and supporting documentation.
• Support the preparation of compliance reports summaries presentations and performance information for management review.
• Analyse compliance-related information and data to identify trends recurring issues risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation of quality and operational standards and provide appropriate coordination and follow-up support to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of compliance processes and working practices in line with organisational requirements.
• Communicate compliance requirements clearly to relevant employees and stakeholders and support awareness and training activities where required.
• Work collaboratively with nursery teams and internal departments to strengthen understanding and consistent application of approved standards.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening a culture of quality safety accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support the Head of Standards and Compliance in coordinating departmental activities reports projects and other compliance-related requirements.
• Prepare professional reports presentations trackers and documentation using Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain confidentiality accuracy and professional standards when handling compliance information and organisational records.
• Perform other related duties within the scope of the role as assigned by the line manager.
