Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to ensure adherence to company standards and quality system requirements. The role involves inspecting materials, monitoring installation, conducting tests, and documenting results to meet project specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and project teams, reviewing codes and processes, preparing inspection reports, and closing NCR/SOR items.

Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
• Developing and implementing quality standards for new products.
• Monitoring the installation process and conduct incoming materials, in-process, and final inspection of the product and analyzing quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with projects managers to develop and implement controls and improvements in the project.
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
• Closing the NCR & SOR from the clients.
• Preparing of Material Inspection Request, Work Inspection Request, Inspection Test Report and conducting inspection at site.
• Assisting customer inspection for visual and dimensional checks on the product.
• Develop and update Method Statement, ITP & Risk Assessment.
• Coordinate with Clients Quality Personnel.
• Internal verification and approval of Inspection Request and Check list prior to issue for Consultants approval.
• Maintain all quality records properly documented.
• Conduct inspections and monitor the required tests.
• Determining and reporting any non-conformance to the Project.
• Checking compatibility between production processes, test procedures and the applicable documentation through review and circulation of the technical and administration document related to the various activities.
• Ensuring that all personnel are fully aware with all the quality requirements and applications for all quality documents as relevant to their discipline.
• Ensuring appropriate supervision for all work activities enabling quality related operations to be effectively covered.
• Coordinate with the Independent Laboratory representative so that all tests are carried out as required by the specifications and records as per the Contractors Quality Control Plan.
