Confidentiel in Dubai seeks a QA/QC Inspector to ensure product and process quality across fabrication and delivery. Will perform stage-wise inspections, review drawings, and verify materials, welding, NDT, and documentation against ITPs and standards.

Role requires Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with QA/QC certification; CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI preferred and NDT Level II advantageous. On-site position with strict compliance to ASME/API/DNV and client specs.

Competenze

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and QA/QC certification.
• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI preferred; NDT Level II advantageous.
• Familiar with ASME/API/AWS/DNV and client requirements.

Mansioni

• Conduct stage-wise inspections per ITPs and document results.
• Review project requirements and drawings before inspection.
• Inspect material receiving and verify MTCs against requirements.
• Monitor welding per WPS by qualified welders and verify welds.
• Coordinate and witness NDT/NDE and maintain records.
• Verify calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
• Maintain daily QC reports, punch lists, and MRB dossiers.
• Coordinate with clients, third parties, and cert bodies.
