Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all quality assurance testing activities across projects, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and frameworks that align with MAF Tech's software delivery goals.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define test requirements and ensure testing aligns with business and technical objectives.
• Establish best practices in manual and automated testing to ensure scalability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements in QA processes.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and KPIs to track progress and quality outcomes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in QA/testing roles with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
