Responsibilities

• Develop methodologies, procedures, and templates related to process management in coordination with organisational units.
• Monitor the implementation of operational plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare periodic operational reports on the implementation of processes and procedures, including the necessary recommendations.
• Review the functions and work procedures of organisational units and verify their compliance with quality requirements.
• Design and conduct internal and external institutional surveys to assess stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyse survey results and prepare analytical reports with recommendations.
• Promote awareness of total quality management concepts and develop guidance materials and templates.
• Manage quality-related knowledge, including documenting updated procedures and best practices.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Quality Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent).
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in quality or operations management.
