Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a senior quality and facilities management professional to develop and implement robust quality management systems across operations. You will oversee audits, inspections, maintenance activities and service providers to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

You will analyze performance data, identify trends, and lead corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance or management within a facility management context.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Quality Auditor (CQA), or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), e.g., ISO
