ROShell in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced QHSE Officer to oversee quality, health, safety and environmental systems at our manufacturing site. You will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with legislation, maintain ISO standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor and ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor credentials, plus proven manufacturing experience.

Formación

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is required.
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor qualification is required.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead or Internal Auditor certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, policies and site procedures.
• Develop and implement H&S systems with minimal supervision.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Deliver H&S inductions, toolbox talks, and training for all staff and visitors.
• Promote proactive safety initiatives and a positive safety culture.
