Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a proactive QHSE Manager to lead quality, health, safety and environmental programs across operations. The role focuses on policy implementation, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, training and emergency planning, while maintaining documentation and reporting for management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement QHSE policies and QHSE objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety and environmental laws and customer standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and environmental/occupational health analyses.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training for drivers and operators.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections of vehicles, equipment and processes; drive corrective actions.
• Document and record customer complaints and drive preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate QHSE records and prepare management reports.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement in quality, health, safety and environment performance.
• Promote QHSE awareness and effective safety communications across the organization.
• Establish KPIs to monitor and improve QHSE performance.
