Job summary

RAQ Contracting in Dubai seeks an experienced QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities for high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements.

You will develop and maintain the Project QHSE Management System, conduct audits and incident investigations, implement ITPS and risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project QHSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities to meet project specifications and standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Develop and monitor HSE plans, quality plans, method statements, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on QHSE matters.
• Ensure all non-conformances are investigated and corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare QHSE reports for senior management.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and quality awareness programs.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure a proactive safety culture on site.
