Job summary

Thehseleader in Dubai seeks a QHSE Executive to drive quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all FM operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, promote a safety culture, and continuously improve service quality.

You will lead QMS implementation, audits, inspections, and CAPA processes, coordinating with operations to uphold KPIs and client requirements. A strong HSE background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent recognized HSE qualification is preferred.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 awareness or internal auditor training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document control and ensure latest approved procedures are available to relevant teams.
• Report significant risks, incidents, and compliance issues to QHSE Manager and FM management.
• Implement and monitor QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and quality assessments across FM projects.
• Monitor service delivery against contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, coordinate root cause analysis, and follow up on CAPA actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with operations teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work across FM sites.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, and JSA.
• Ensure compliance with PTW procedures for high-risk activities.
• Monitor safe working practices for MEP technicians, cleaners, subcontractors, and others.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training.
• Verify proper use of PPE and monitor emergency preparedness and fire safety.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of chemicals; implement ISO environmental procedures.
• Monitor waste management and environmental compliance.

Education
