Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented QE Engineer to develop, implement and maintain our quality and environment management systems to ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance.

You will conduct internal audits, drive ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, perform risk assessments, analyze data, and train teams across the organization.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of UAE regulations, and strong auditing and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality and environmental engineering.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques (root cause analysis, SPC).
• Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Auditing skills for internal and external audits.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems and monitoring tools.
• Certifications preferred; experience in manufacturing/industrial settings is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and standards
• Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques (e.g. root cause analysis statistical process control)
• Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong auditing skills and experience in both internal and external audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. ERP systems environmental monitoring tools)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Quality Engineer Environmental Management Professional) are preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus

Additional Information :

Certifications in QA/QC (e.g. ISO 9001) are a plus.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the infrastructure with a focus on MEP systems.
