Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks a QA/QC engineer for UAE MEP projects in Dubai. The role requires in-depth QA/QC knowledge, experience with method statements, ITPs and logs, and coordination with consultants on site.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in large-scale construction, multi-story buildings or villa communities, and proven ability to manage quality from start to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a QA/QC engineer/inspector on construction projects - MEP works.
• Experience in QA/QC procedures and maintaining required logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC inspections and ensure MEP installations meet approved method statements.
• Prepare and update ITPs, MOS and related quality documents; keep logs current.
• Attend meetings and site walks with consultants to discuss and inspect installations.

Job description

A leading MEP contracting company in the UAE having the vacancy for a QA/QC engineer position, work will be in Dubai project.

• 1) Bachelor degree in the mechanical OR electrical Engineering.
• 2) Minimum 8 years experience as a QA/QC engineer / inspector in the construction projects - MEP works.
• 3) Experience in all the QA/QC procedures and task and knowledge of all the required logs which to be prepared and updated.
• 4) Knowledge in the procedure of the correct MEP installations and capability of checking the completed installations and making sure that is been carried out in correct method in accordance with the approved method of statements.
• 5) Experience in a big scale project such as multi story buildings or full villas community from starting stage to completion stage in full QA/QC procedure including the project handing over and close out documents.
• 6) Experience in preparing method of statements, ITP, and all documents related to the project quality.
• 7) Ability of attending meetings and site walks with the consultant for the purpose of discussing and inspection of the MEP installations.
