Job summary

Everserve Consultants is seeking experienced QC Managers in the UAE with a proven track record in Oil & Gas EPC projects, including cross-country pipelines, flowlines, and gathering stations. The role focuses on leading QC functions, establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Management System, and ensuring compliance across all pipeline construction activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QC on large Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Proven track record in EPC environments and cross-country pipelines.
• Ability to establish and maintain a Project Quality Management System per standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with client requirements, project specifications, company procedures, and applicable international codes and standards.
• Manage and oversee all quality control activities related to pipeline construction, including material receiving inspections, welding, NDT, field joint coating, lowering, tie-ins, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning, reinstatement, and final handover
• Ensure compliance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Project Quality Plans.
• Lead and supervise QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors, Coating Inspectors, NDT Coordinators, and Quality Personnel to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements.
• Interface with Client, EPCM, Third-Party Inspection Agencies, and Project Management teams on all quality-related matters.
• Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, NCRs, corrective actions, quality audits, and project quality dossiers.
• Monitor project quality performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
