MENA WATER FZC is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to plan, coordinate, and direct QC programs for water treatment projects. The role involves developing inspection standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.

Candidate should have a mechanical/industrial engineering background, QA certifications, and ISO lead auditor experience to drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Quality control related certification (preferred).
• Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018.

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs as per standards.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage to lift all types of equipment, handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule.
• Analyze all products and non-conformance processes, evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality, and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate, implement and perform all the internal/external audits.
• Supports the Welding & Non-Destructive Test-NDT qualification and test activities.
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits, reviews, and certifications to maintain compliance with ISO and other quality management systems.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to water treatment quality assurance and quality control.

Qualification:
