Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai seeks a QA/QC professional to ensure water infrastructure works meet drawings, specs, method statements, ITPs, and authority requirements.

You will develop QA/QC plans, perform inspections, review submittals, maintain records, support audits, and drive continuous quality improvement on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC plans, ITPs, and method statements.
• Conduct inspections for materials, works, and installations per specs.
• Review material submittals, test reports, and certifications for compliance.
• Monitor site activities to ensure QA/QC procedures and client requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and third-party labs for inspections.
• Identify NCRs and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection results, and test reports.
• Support internal/external audits and closeout of findings.
• Assist PM/QA Manager with handover dossiers and as-built records.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness on project teams.

To ensure that all water infrastructure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, ITPs, quality standards, and applicable authority requirements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and Method Statements.
• Conduct inspections for materials, works, and installations as per project specifications and international standards.
• Review and verify material submittals, test reports, and certifications to ensure compliance.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and client requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories for inspections and testing.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including inspection records, test results, and reports.
• Support in internal and external audits and ensure closeout of findings.
• Assist Project Manager/Quality Manager in ensuring project handover documentation (QA/QC dossiers, as-built records, etc.) is complete.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across project teams.
