Job summary

CHINA NATIONAL CHEMICAL ENGINEERING - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C is seeking a QA/QC professional to develop and implement comprehensive QAQC plans for civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

You will conduct rigorous inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure strict adherence to project specs, codes and standards, and you will review technical documents for quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• PE or equivalent international registration preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive QAQC experience in construction/industrial projects.
• Certifications: ASNT Level II, NDT, API, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QAQC plans for civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment and construction activities.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, method statements and submittals.
• Monitor site activities, identify quality deviations and implement corrective actions.

Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) plans tailored to civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines. Conduct rigorous inspections and tests on materials, equipment and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and standards. Review and approve technical documents, including drawings, method statements and material submittals, verifying their adherence to quality requirements. Monitor site activities, identify potential quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions promptly.

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international registration is highly desirable. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in QAQC roles within construction or industrial projects. Relevant certifications such as ASNT Level II, NDT, API, or relevant ISO 9001 lead auditor qualification.
