Job summary

Micah Solutions in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to join our contracting team on civil construction projects. You will implement and oversee QA/QC processes, conduct inspections and testing, and maintain quality documentation across all project stages.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in construction, familiarity with codes, procedures, and reporting, and strong communication skills for collaboration with

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee QA/QC processes across all construction stages.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specs.
• Prepare ITPs and raise NCRs as needed; maintain quality documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, site teams and subcontractors for smooth delivery.
• Ensure all civil works follow approved drawings, codes and safety standards.

What Youll Do:

• Implement and oversee quality assurance/control processes across all stages of construction
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Maintain quality documentation prepare ITPs and raise NCRs as needed
• Liaise with consultants site teams and subcontractors for smooth project delivery
• Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings codes and safety standards

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction (GCC or home country experience welcome)
• Familiar with construction codes site QA/QC procedures and documentation
